Corporate Solicitor - FLEX PQE- Buckinghamshire


Are you an ambitious corporate solicitor looking to take the next step in their career with an excellent firm?
We are working alongside a top 100 firm who are looking for a talented and enthusiastic corporate solicitor to join their expanding team.


You will be providing assistance on a range of corporate work within the firm's healthcare team, with a weighting towards M&A activity, assisting with deals from the straightforward to the complex. The firm is flexible with regard to the level of PQE, but it is essential that you have previous experience in general corporate work (if NQ level this will have been gained during your training contract).


The role is based in the firm's office in Milton Keynes but due to the very flexible hybrid working structure the successful candidate would only be required to go into the office occasionally.
