Legal executive sought on a part-time basis either remotely or in Essex.
This is an exciting opportunity for a legal executive with experience in litigation to join a highly regarded firm in Essex, two - two and a half days a week, remotely. The successful candidate will have at least one years’ experience working in litigation matters and will use their skills and expertise to manage their own caseload in both court of protection and civil litigation matters.

- Managing own caseload

- Local authority cases
- Deputy claims
- Small civil litigation claims
- NHS claims
- Health and social care provider claims
- Occasionally statutory will applications
- Occasional contentious probate claims
- Qualified legal executive
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in litigation matters
- Experience managing own caseload, preparing court documents and taking witness statements
- Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
- IT proficient
- Able to work independently
