Residential Conveyancer (Development) | Birmingham | 2-5 PQE
Are you actively seeking a new opportunity within Residential Development law for a top 100 law firm?
The Role:
A top 100 UK Law firm in Birmingham are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their large established team, working with Residential Development matters.
Dealing with a wide range of transactions, your caseload will include leasehold and unregistered properties in part exchange transactions as part of plot sales procedures for national housebuilders. You will be responsible for drafting and sending out part-exchange paperwork, dealing with pre-contract enquiries, negotiating and exchanging contracts and dealing with completions.
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, you will have in the region of 5+ years' experience dealing with Residential Conveyancing, with applicable knowledge of part-exchange files.
You will be enthusiastic and personable, displaying confidence and an ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and colleagues. Excellent communication skills are required, along with a great attention to detail.
Benefits:
* Salary negotiable on experience £30,000 - £38,000
