Non-Contentious Construction – 1+ PQE – Central London
Our Client, a leading Legal 500 and Chambers ranked firm is looking to add to its numbers with the appointment of a non-contentious construction solicitor.
Our Client is an advanced, commercially astute law firm serving a wide range of corporate, institutional and private clients. From their location in Central London, they offer a full spectrum of legal services across a variety of sectors.
Following a marked increase in workflow the firm is looking for a qualified solicitor primarily to work in the Property Team, specifically construction. The department is well regarded and has received rankings in Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners, with the partners receiving individual recommendations also.
This role is likely to appeal to someone who has a proven interest and focus in construction and is seeking a long term career as part of an established team operating within a highly profitable, long established and reputable West End firm.
As the successful candidate for this role you should be at least 1 PQE with a strong real estate/construction background. You should also be a solid technical lawyer with excellent attention to detail, be a self-starter and have the ability to work well as part of, what is a market leading team. In return you will have the opportunity for excellent career progression and a very competitive remuneration package.
