Residential Property Solicitor
A Residential Property Solicitor is required by a Bournemouth law firm to join their busy residential property team working on all aspects of residential property law.
The Firm
A well established practice employing some very talented lawyers, recognised by legal directories, providing a depth of legal services to both individual and business clients.
The Role
The Residential Property Solicitor will be responsible for running a case load of residential property files including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgages, equity release, buy to let, right to buy and help to buy.
Reporting to a partner the role will involve client contact and business development.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor with at least 12 months experience in dealing with residential property transactions from instruction through post completion.
Salary dependent upon experience.
