Court of Protection Lawyer
 
A Reading law firm requires a Court of Protection Lawyer, to work upon a full time basis, as part of their Court of Protection team.
 
The Firm
A Legal 500 private practice advising on all aspects of Court of Protection and statutory will applications and acting for clients providing Court of Protection deputyship support who've ongoing personal injury or clinical negligence claims, involving very high award sums.
 
The Role
The court of protection role also requires overseeing and management of personal finances, property, and deputyships woking with vulnerable clients, trust management and assisting tax affairs attending clients at hospital and care homes. Preparing applications to the court of protection.
 
The Candidate
The court of Protection Lawyer may be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with strong client relationship skills, experience in deputyships and management  and drafting of trust, statutory wills and welfare deputyship applications.
 
Salary dependent upon experience.
