Home based - Technical title checking Conveyancer (No client interaction)
We are looking for an experienced Technical Title Checking Conveyancer (No client interaction) (Fully remote UK/Europe). CRA consulting are working in partnership with PM property lawyers and are excited to be part of their 2021 growth plan.

The role
*Working for buyers and sellers in freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing cases.
*Title checking
*Run and manage a full caseload with all aspects of conveyancing.
Key skills
*Over 3 year experience in residential conveyancing checking title.
*Ability to prioritise and manage your own time
*Team player
*Excellent customer service
*Excellent problem solving and research skills
*Self-motivated and hardworking committed to develop yourself into the best person you can be
*Work well under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
