We are looking to recruit a Lawyer with good experience to support our dynamic Property & Contracts team, to help us deliver the Council’s objectives and ensure the highest standards in conducting business both internally and externally. This is an exciting role in a supportive and friendly team, reporting to the Principal Lawyer. You would be dealing with a varied contracts and procurement caseload with minimal supervision. You would deal with all aspects of Local Authority property-related legal work with minimal supervision ensuring that good governance arrangements are in place to support effective decision making.
This position represents exciting career development opportunities in a professional and flexible environment. Experience within a Local Authority or other public sector setting, is essential.
We are anticipating holding interviews as soon as possible after the closing date, so please keep W/C 15th November in mind. The date may, however, be subject to change in exceptional circumstances, in which case you will be advised accordingly.
