Circa £100,000 per annum :- Senior Conveyancing Partner – Head of Department in Essex

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced, energetic and ambitious Residential Property Solicitor to join a forward-thinking firm as Head of Residential Conveyancing in Essex.

This position is being created to continue the strategic growth of the Firm. Your role will be to take on the day-to-day responsibilities of an equity partner, whilst leading an established conveyancing department and you will be expected to take a pivotal role to further grow and shape the conveyancing department as the industry transitions into a fully digital process.  The candidate must be committed to driving the department and Firm forward to lead the way both in technological and client satisfaction driven progress.

The firm has gone from strength to strength since inception and when benchmarking its profitability it is placed in the upper quartile for both profit as a percentage of total income, and profit per equity partner.
