Your new company

This respected firm recently ranked in the Legal 500 have an excellent reputation in the market place. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a licenced conveyancer, legal executive or solicitor to assist the busy residential conveyancing team in their Hull office.

Your new role

You will join a friendly residential conveyancing team working on a busy caseload. As well as having regular contact with Partners, lawyers and other colleagues within the business, your duties will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Reports on Title
  • Searches (Local Authority/Land Registry etc.)
  • Preparation of sale and purchase contracts
  • Exchange and completion of property transactions
  • Dealing with security work/ remortgages
  • Registration of title (including voluntary first registrations)
  • SDLT returns
  • File closing

What you'll need to succeed

You will either be an experienced licenced conveyancer, legal executive or solicitor. You will be able to hit the ground running, assisting and managing a busy caseload of residential conveyancing files. You will have a real passion for providing a high level of client care and a drive to get clients' files over the line.
