Following sustained business growth, our client is now seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to work on a all aspects of residential property based in Canterbury, Kent
The firm carries an exceptional reputation within the Kent market with multiple offices whilst also having emphasis to staff wellbeing and work life balance.
Your role will be to handle a varied and mixed caseload of residential property matters such as but not limited to; Sales, Purchases, Transfer of Equity, Remortgages and New Builds including high value cases.
You must be a qualified Conveyancer (either Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 3 years experience in running your own caseload.
