Job Details
Our client, a great law firm with a fantastic reputation, is seeking a skilled Property Litigator to join their Dispute Resolution team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to be involved in a broad range of property litigation case work and a step away from just land disputes. For this reason, a specialist commercial property litigation background with good knowledge and experience of the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954 is an absolute must.
Ideally you will be a minimum of 5 years PQE and possess excellent time management and accuracy skills. The position will cover all aspects of commercial property disputes, including lease renewals, break notices/lease termination, forfeiture, dilapidation claims, claims involving restrictive covenants and, unauthorised occupation of land. You will be acting for clients of large business property portfolios including national estate agents and property developers. This is an excellent role for a specialist Property Litigator who wishes to work with a high-profile client base with quality work.
