A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an NQ – 4 year PQE Solicitor to join a national Top 50 highly reputable commercial law firm in the city centre of Leicester, working within its dedicated and award winning Casualty department dealing with claims against police forces and emergency services.
You'll be working as part of a wider team which is a true specialist in its field. You'll have responsibility for managing a caseload mainly from police force clients. Matters include defending actions brought against the police which cover false imprisonment, malicious prosecution and assault, motor claims and property damage etc.
You'll be a qualified Solicitor circa NQ – 4 PQE who has ideally got specific experience involving the police force/emergency services/local authorities or come from a civil litigation heavy background.
