Award-winning firm is seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE to join their team in Maidstone.

You will undertake a broad range of corporate commercial work for businesses including SMEs, private clients, start-ups and UK subsidiaries of multi-nationals.

Requirements:

• Corporate Commercial Solicitor 3+ years PQE
• Strong commercial contract handling skills including drafting, negotiation and amendments
