Due to further expansion, we have a wonderful opportunity for you!
Our client is a leading Legal 500 firm which is regarded as a leader in its field (Tier 1 Legal 500) for property and other practice areas.
This is a newly created role with a focus on new homes that will involve supporting the well-staffed and structured team with plenty of support from a team of assistants. There are over 20 people in this team, and more in the wider Real Estate group.
You will experience variety in your new role and may be required to work out of the office at clients’ development sites.
At a strategic level this post will support the residential property partners in their ambitions to grow the business and provide clients with a complete end-to-end service.
In order to succeed in this role, you will need:
- A sound technical knowledge of residential property law – particularly new homes
- At least 2 years of PQE
- A passion for your chosen practice area
