Job Details
This international firm's Restructuring department in Brussels is looking to add to the team. You will be tasked with preparing legal advice and developing your talents as a lawyer before the Belgian courts, both in court cases and in insolvency proceedings. In collaboration with the Partners, you will assist clients and advise them on strategic advice with regards to restructuring, refinancing, collateral and insolvency proceedings.
Candidates will have a Belgian Master's degree in Law, be qualified to practise as a lawyer in Belgium and be a native French speaker with an excellent command of English and Dutch (verbal and written).
