Marketing Manager- 12 Month FTC

Your new company
12 Month FTC Marketing Manager required for a non-profit housing organisation based in Southampton.

Your new role
You will join the busy Marketing team to plan, implement and monitor performance of all marketing activity for new sales of Shared Ownership and Market Sale tenure, and other activity such as re-sales and staircasing.
You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of a range of content, campaigns and events.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Create and implement marketing and PR strategies
Write and produce all written content for digital and direct media including the website
Day-to-day budget monitoring and control with associated reporting.
Planning, developing and delivering advertising campaigns
Produce press releases and case studies
Carry out market research using database
Event planning and promotion

What you'll need to succeed
Educated to at least Degree standard, have equivalent CIM qualifications, or equivalent experience. GCSE grade A-C in English and Maths
Experience of social media, digital marketing and organising promotional events.
Demonstrable experience of direct B2C marketing
Experience and interest in the Property and Housing Sector
