Job Details
Your caseload will mainly consist of pre-litigated and litigated fast track EL/PL files, with some multi track EL/PL files. You will also be assisting senior solicitors with more complex high-value Employers Liability and Public Liability files.
The law firm is ideally seeking someone with 2+ years PQE from a similar specialist background in Defendant Personal Injury that is wanting to progress their career further. Claimant experience in EL/PL claims will also be considered.
