The Role:

You will join their highly regarded Banking & Finance team as an Associate in the firm's Liverpool office.

Working alongside some of the country's most respected Banking & Finance Lawyers, you will gain exposure to a quality of work that is genuinely unrivalled in the region. You can expect to be involved in national and international work on behalf of a client base that includes major banks, financial institutions and investment funds.

Typical work includes real estate finance, secured lending, debt finance, and structured finance.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Banking and Finance Lawyer between NQ - 5 years PQE
• Have gained a good level of experience across a broad range of Banking & Finance matters
• Those from a REF background who are keen to diversify their experience will be considered
• Comfortable working as part of a close-knit team
