The Role

This is a brilliant opportunity for junior private client solicitors with at least a year's post-qualification experience. The role will involve a broad range of private client work that will really help enhance your understanding of the sector and get you well on your way to developing a specialism in the practice.

You will be required to organise your own caseload, work to deadlines and work as part of a wider team and perhaps cross-departmentally where necessary. You will have your own individual responsibility, and be valued as an autonomous worker, while still being encouraged to discuss and advise the wider team on more complex cases and work with them where necessary.

Your Experience

Though you may only have 1 year of experience post-qualification, a demonstrable enthusiasm for the work and any specific experience in estates, wills, trusts and probate will benefit your application highly. Being an affiliate member of STEP or higher is by no means essential for this role but would look great on your CV, and any goals to work towards it in the future will also benefit your application.
