Job Details
Our client's Chicago office is seeking an excellent associate with 2-5 years' leveraged finance experience from a global law firm. The team is focused on borrower side representation, but as one of the top lender-side practices in the US, our client will strongly consider candidates with lender-side experience.
This is a great opportunity to handle large cap/top-tier cross border transactions primarily for private equity sponsors in structuring and executing the most complex financings across industries and around the globe. Our client's extensive global footprint offers their clients a high-quality network of teams across key jurisdictions.
