This is the perfect role for a junior-mid level solicitor/associate, or could be equally fruitful for a legal executive with great experience.

This is an excellent opportunity that has been presented by a multi-office firm that has a brilliant family department. They are looking for a family solicitor with previous experience who can handle their own caseload and who enjoys working as part of a team. You should have some experience of working with HNW cases, as that is the demographic of work you will undertake here. Alternatively, a proven track record of high-quality work would be advantageous, coupled with a keen eye for detail.

Some of the work you may be involved in could include:

* Divorce/Civil Partnership Dissolution

* Children Arrangements

* Financial and property issues on divorce or separation

* Pre-nuptial, separation and cohabitation agreements

* Domestic violence cases
