The role:

The firm is seeking to appoint an Employment Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE into their Canterbury office.

You workload will be interesting and varied including both contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting for employers and employees alike.

Work will include but not be limited to: settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, day-to-day HR advice and corporate support.

They are looking for someone in the early stages of their career, but with the confidence and commitment to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:

• Employment Solicitor NQ-3 years PQE but with solid practical experience
• You will keen and eager to develop working alongside industry leaders
• You will enjoy working as part of a wider team
