Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is a long-established Gloucestershire practice with a reputation for the high quality of its people and their work.

As part of their continuing growth plan they are keen to recruit an experienced commercial property lawyer to join their busy and successful team.

You will posses the following skills:

 Proven background in all aspects of commercial property law including buying, selling and leasing.

 Demonstrate ability to advise clients on all aspects of commercial property, handling a broad range of commercial agreements including technically demanding documents.

 Good working knowledge of property and landlord and tenant law.

 Proven track record of building and developing strong client relationships.

 Enthusiastic, willing and strong team player, have an excellent balance between technical ability and commercial awareness.

 Able to communicate very well in writing using correct grammar and plain English.

 Possess strong organisational and inter-personal skills and be IT proficient.
