We are looking for Corporate and Commercial lawyers to join us across all of our UK Locations.

Our established and highly regarded Corporate and Corporate-Commercial teams have a presence in each of our UK offices, and the teams regularly engage in detailed work for our strong client base. Focusing on a range of services, the team provides expert advice in areas such as; mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and corporate reorganisations.

The Commercial TMT & IP team at Hill Dickinson has a broad client base, spanning a range of sectors, including the public, private and third party sectors, making the work varied and extremely rewarding. The team has expertise in public procurement, information governance, and also provides advice on a wide range of private sector commercial matters.

Key responsibilities:

Whilst the below list is not exclusive, as we are looking to recruit across a range of roles, some key responsibilities may include:

  • Providing an excellent client service
  • Developing client relationships
  • Assisting with business development
  • Drafting and negotiating contracts
  • Undertaking legal and commercial research
  • Supporting on and reviewing documentation.
