Role overview

We are looking for Associate’s/ Senior Associates to join one of our fastest growing business groups. The Health Business Group has been growing year on year, and we are now one of the leading national law firms providing legal advice and support to the NHS and independent health sector organisations.

Experts in their field, the Healthcare Commercial team advises NHS bodies, independent sector providers of health services, and biotech and healthtech businesses on a broad range of public law, governance and regulatory issues.

Key responsibilities:

Whilst the below list is not exclusive, and may differ depending on location and role, some key responsibilities may include:

  • Advising clients on interpreting regulatory and governance frameworks
  • Advising on commercial and contracting matters, including in the context of collaborations, joint ventures and transactions
  • Advising clients on public and administrative law
  • Advising in relation to regulatory proceedings and litigation, including judicial reviews
  • Advising on corporate governance and constitutional issues, conflicts of interest and the exercise of powers/ duties/ functions.
