Employment Solicitor (NQ-3yrs PQE) - Canterbury/Hybrid working

A highly regarded law firm with an impressive employment team are looking for an ambitious Employment Solicitor / Employment Lawyer to join them in Canterbury.

Joining one of the leading firms in Kent with longstanding roots in the area, you'll be working in a Legal 500 ranked employment team offering excellent quality of work as well as clear career progression. Your role will be to handle both contentious and non-contentious employment work, acting for employers and employees including settlement agreements, redundancy, unfair dismissal, contractual disputes, employment tribunals, wrongful dismissal, whistleblowing, day-to-day HR advice and corporate support.

You will likely be a qualified Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive NQ-3yrs (or coming up to qualify in the coming months with at least a 6 month seat in employment law). You'll be driven and commercially minded and eager to learn.
