Residential Conveyancer

Are you a Residential Conveyancer looking to join a well-established Conveyancing department with a long-standing practice based in the East Midlands?

You'll be a Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer) with ideally 2 years’ + experience. You'll have a strong Property background and have dealt with residential transactions previously, from instruction through to completion. You'll have ideally dealt with New Build & Plot Sales work and have experience of dealing with some complex transactions also.

You'll work on your own caseload of files and assist the Senior Solicitors and Partners within the department when necessary. You will assist in the training and development of junior members in the team and be a real team player.

You will be joining a well-established team with long standing client relationships. You'll be involved in business development, maintaining existing client relations, and developing new ones.
