Job Details
Our client is looking to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Managing Associate to join their rapidly growing Real Estate team in Bristol.
The team advises on a broad range of Commercial Property transactions with specialists in planning, property litigation and construction. With over a third of the practice being Partners, our client is able to build teams that are tailored to each of their client's specific needs and are entirely partner led. The team also focusses on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients that include institutional funds, financial institutions, private equity houses and individual investors.
Within this role, you will advise on a wide range of real estate matters, including all aspects of commercial property law, as well as leases, landlord and tenant matters. You will also be expected to handle matters regarding property finance, corporate occupier work, insolvency / recovery, and PFI/PPP projects. Working alongside a specialist team will provide you with the opportunity to develop your career with full support and assistance
In order to be considered for this role, you will have 6+ years' PQE with extensive commercial real estate experience gained at a leading firm. Specific experience in advising on a wide range of commercial property matters such as sales, purchases, and transactions is essential. In addition to this, you must have excellent academics with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually with a 'can-do' attitude. Having experience of acting for renewable and clean energy developers, acquisitions and asset management of renewables projects would also be ideal.
