Job Title: Corporate Solicitor Locum
Job reference: PEB/277500
Job description: A private firm in West Yorkshire has approached Venn Group’s Legal team exclusively to recruit Corporate Locum Solicitor, to join their team on either a temporary or a permanent.
Day to day duties:
- Drafting documents for acquisitions and joint venture agreements
- Responsible for dealing with complex financial agreements, shareholder agreements, distribution and marketing agreements, consultancy agreements and company reorganisations
- Advise on company laws including shareholder’s meetings, director’s meetings and directors’ duties
Salary: DOE
The successful applicant a minimum of 3 years PQE and have previous corporate experience.
