The Role

This market-leading Top 200 firm is seeking to hire an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE to join one of the most prominent departments in Northampton.

The firm are seeking a Solicitor to move into a more well-established regional practice with a national offering looking to invest and support you as you develop your practice further.

You will be working within one of the regions strongest Commercial Property teams and will play a pivotal role, working with existing Partners to drive the department forwards and ensure future success.

Dealing with a broad caseload of Commercial Property work including landlord and tenant, lending and borrowing, development agreements, joint ventures, licensing, pension trust investments, portfolio management and more, this role will see you working with one of the most high-end client bases available.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 4+ years PQE
• You will have excellent team and communication skills
• You will have a keen eye for career progression and business development
• Salary is above the market rate and negotiable depending on experience
