Commercial Property Solicitor (Non-Fee Earning)

Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor who wants to move away from fee earning and targets? 

Do you want to work in a close-knit team where you can train and tutor the other fee earners in the department on a part time basis?

Do you want to help grow a commercial property department by supporting and training the other Property fee earners?

This is a unique opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor with a solid background in commercial property to join a close knit and rewarding team based out of its Derby or Ashby office, to take on a non-fee earning role and train the department in handling commercial property transactions to the highest standard.

You'll be a qualified Solicitor and have had prior experience dealing with myriad commercial property matters throughout your career. You will utilize your experience in your new role to help and support the Property department in handling all manner of commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.

You'll have no targets! You'll have no added pressure of fee earning! You will work on a part-time basis (2-3 days per week) and be there to train and tutor the other fee earners and solicitors within the department and be willing to assist as and when necessary.
