This is role to not miss out on because:

* Our client is one of the UK's leading law practices and has a formidable reputation for its litigation services. This reputation lends itself to an impressive and diverse client base comprising of some of the world's largest financial institutions in various key areas of work.

* Joining this successful team, you will be exposed to an interesting mixed caseload of financial service disputes and you will work collaboratively with others on larger cross-office projects.

* The role covers a broad range of high value financial services litigation, regulatory actions and audits, investigations, pensions litigation, white collar crime/fraud/sanctions, anti-money laundering and putative class actions so it offers a great opportunity for the successful candidate to grow into a highly skilled solicitor and further hone their skillset.

* As an integral part of the FSDI team you will provide support on a wide variety of matters, but you will also be encouraged to get involved in marketing activities and take an innovative approach to both your work and how to develop our practice. Whilst this may seem overwhelming there is massive support for the client interaction and they will help you develop those skills to enable you to be a really well rounded lawyer, it really is best to start building these skills as early as possible so it simply becomes part of what you do.

What are the firm looking for?

* Ideally the firm is looking to recruit a Financial Litigation Solicitor from c 0 years' PQE up to about 3 years' PQE, however this is an approximate guide and our client is happy to consider candidates who possess strong technical skills along with some knowledge (commensurate with your level of qualification) of the financial markets and how they work, excellent academic qualifications, an entrepreneurial spirit and a team player. They are also happy to consider a lawyer with broader commercial litigation skills but keen to get into this sector.

This firm offers a lot of flexibility and there is genuine hybrid working, they are keen for you to spend some time in the office though as this really helps you develop your skills and get to know the team and firm.
