The Role

This leading Top 100 UK firm are looking for an experienced and ambitious Corporate Associate/ Senior Associate to join their Tier 1 L500 Ranked Team.

Full autonomy and support provided, without micromanaging! You will not have to "come in and hit the ground running" but developed into the role by an enthusiastic and experienced Partnership team.

You will have access to an exciting national and growing international client base where you will be encouraged to lead deals in a timely manner, and assisting Partners on larger. This is a corporate role focused on M&A, typical instructions equivalent to London smaller deals to lower mid-market deals (£20M - £500M).

You will work within a supportive, friendly and dynamic department, who are rapidly expanding due to ongoing success. This position has been created through further growth; where you will join a well-established department that deals with the highest quality of work, with a very varied national and international client base.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced ambitious Corporate Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 3 PQE +
• They are open to firm background; priority is enthusiasm for the role. (There is no upper limit in PQE)
