Commercial Associate / Legal Counsel

Excellent and enviable career opportunity has arisen for a Commercial specialist with a national business.   

Forming part of well-structured legal team and wider national business, you will be responsible for undertaking a diverse range of commercial law instructions (negotiating, drafting and advising on risk etc).  The nature of the role requires not less than 4 years' PQE.  The quality of work is excellent involving a broad spectrum of contracting parties. Typical instructions include: 

•    Commercial Contracts and Trading Agreements
•    Terms of Business - supply, agency and distribution agreements
•    IT & E-Commerce contracts
•    Data Protection
•    Assignment and licensing of intellectual property rights
•    Franchising & Agency arrangements 
•    Outsource / Consultancy / Procurement agreements
•    Joint venture and Collaboration Agreements
