About Haringey
This is an exciting time to join a committed in-house Legal team, which is delivering an efficient and high-quality legal service to enable the Council to deliver its Borough Plan priorities. We are looking for a confident, motivated individual with strong communication and leadership skills to be part of our excellent and friendly Legal team.
About the Role
This role leads a small team, which covers 3 service areas, and you will be required to demonstrate knowledge and/or experience in at least 2 of the areas. You will work to support the client departments deliver on their objectives, as well as contribute to Legal Services’ continual improvement and assist the Council in fulfilling its vision of making Haringey a better place in accordance with Council values.
You will lead and manage special and corporate projects within your responsibility, including the provision of high-level specialist legal advice on complex issues to ensure that services comply with the Council’s statutory and contractual obligations and support its overall aims, objectives and values.

About You
