The Role The Residential Conveyancer will be managing their own mixed caseload of files, from instructions through to post-completion, with minimal supervision, and providing support to the senior members of the team when required. The Residential Property Team has knowledge and expertise in many areas, including; Buying freehold or leasehold properties; Selling freehold or leasehold properties; Buying from developers; Re-mortgages; Transfers of ownership; Lease extensions; and Buying auction properties. The Candidate Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing as a fee earner, legal executive or solicitor is essential.
