A Senior Associate level property litigation solicitor is required to deal with commercial property litigation work for this leading international firm's London team.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will join an established team that acts for a diverse client base that includes major national companies, developers, financial institutions, insurance companies and overseas investors.

This role will see you work alongside a partner who focuses on disputes concerning property development, joint ventures, site assembly, contractual and landlord and tenant matters. The partner has particular experience of rights of lights and neighbour disputes, dilapidations and break right disputes.

Candidate Profile

The firm is seeking and property litigation solicitor with the following:

• A proven record of dealing with commercial property litigation work at a recognised national practice. As a guide you would be expected to have at least 4 years' worth of experience.
• Someone who can take a lead role in more complex cases and work with colleagues in the transactional real estate and construction departments.
• Someone who will contribute to internal departmental training and external client training.
• Someone who can take on management responsibility for team members
• Able to assist in business development and promotion of the team
