We are looking to appoint a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to our Commercial Property Department based at our Hoddesdon office.

The right candidate will be proficient and experienced in dealing with all manner of commercial landlord and tenant transactions whether acting for a landlord or a tenant. Ideally, you will have at least 5 years experience in this area; be capable of working for the most part unsupervised; and have the necessary computer and keyboard skills to run and organise your own transactional files with limited assistance. If you are an ambitious candidate, there will be the opportunity to assist with the legalities of large scale sales, acquisitions and financing to assimilate into this area of commercial property practice. We will consider either full-time or part-time (approximately 25 hours per week)
