Property Paralegal – Hybrid Working – Bedforshire – Permanent – Full time – Up to £29,000 D.O.E.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Property Paralegal in a Public Sector organisation based in Bedfordshire.
This will be a permanent position and the client would like someone to take on the position on a full time basis however part time candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
The role would require the successful candidate to go to the office once a week on a day that they will be advised by their Head of Service. However they may be required to come in more than once for training initially.
Duties may include but are not limited to:
Assist a team of Lawyers in the provision of a professional legal service to a range of Public Sector and not for profit clients regarding property matters
To manage the case load comprising mainly property and housing matters
To ensure the effective identification and awareness of risks associated with the relevant areas of legal practice
To make positive contribution to the Property, Planning and Highways team.

This position offers salary of up to £29,000 per annum depending on experience.
