Job Details
My client, a leading law firm in Sheffield city centre, is looking to recruit a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a team that has a fantastic reputation for the legal advice that it provides to its clients. Flexible working is also on offer for the successful candidate.The role
Joining a team that is extremely well regarded, you will advise clients on a range of commercial and residential property disputes, with a particular focus on Landlord and Tenant litigation. You will act for a variety of clients including investors, developers, retails and those occupying commercial premises. You will undertake your own caseload whilst also mentoring others within the team.
The Person
- You will ideally have considerable previous experience advising a range of corporate clients on property litigation matters;
- You will have an excellent technical and working knowledge of this area of law;
- You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to be able to lead a team and supervise others;
- You will be willing to business develop in order to help the partners and the firm to secure additional clients; and
- You will have the drive, motivation and ability to be a leader in an already highly successful team, in order to drive the team forwards.
