The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor or to join this Top Tier & Top 200 firm in their West London office.

The Residential Property team are very experienced and handle matters including: buying and selling homes, leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgages, equity release, joint ownership, declarations of trust, lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisement and land acquisition among others.

You will work on a varied case load that is high net worth and diverse, and work alongside some of the best and forward-thinking Solicitors and Partners in the industry.

You will have an opportunity to business develop for the firm and build a base of clients and connections to help make you a Residential Property practice success story.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 3+ years PQE
• You will have evidence of exceeding billing targets
• You will be self-sufficient and have a keen interest in business development/marketing
