Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you handle a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters. You will play a key role in leading and developing the department and in managing the team.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Partner level. Whilst it is not essential that you have a client following, if you do, this will influence the financial package on offer. You will however, have an appetite to get involved in and lead business development initiatives.
