Highly regarded, multi office full service law firm are looking to recruit a residential conveyancing on a 12 month fixed term contract. Covering a period of maternity leave the role is offered initially on a fixed term basis however there is real scope for a permanent role within this growing firm.

 

With offices throughout the South East the role can be based out of either Berkshire, Cambridgeshire or Hampshire.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for a caseload of new build conveyancing transactions handling matters from development set up, plot sales and end handover.

Applications will be accepted from solicitors, licensed conveyancers, legal executives and candidates qualified by experience. Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years experience dealing with conveyancing transactions and be able to demonstrate an understanding of legal title issues including finance arrangements, proprietorship restrictions, deeds of covenant etc. Candidates with experience of dealing with new build transactions, part-exchanges and Help to Buy would be at an advantage.
