Education Lawyer – 3 months initially – Maternity Leave Cover – Part Time – Local Authority
Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a busy Local Authority, who are known for their excellent team culture, who are recruiting for an Education Lawyer to join their department.
This is a part-time assignment, with a workload amounting to 2 days per week.
Requirements:
Looking for an experienced lawyer to provide legal advice and casework in the area of Education Law including but not exhaustive; SEND Tribunal advice, advice on Admissions and all other relevant Courts and to defend the Council against prosecution and challenge
