Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor NQ-3+ PQE to join their flourishing West End outfit.

Located in the West End, this practice has been established for over 50 years yet still boasts a modern, entrepreneurial approach to traditional Corporate & Commercial matters.

The Corporate & Commercial department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to establishing businesses, Joint Ventures, Mergers & Acquisitions, Disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins and more.

Requirements & Salary

• You will be a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with NQ-3+ relevant years of PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be comfortable in managing/developing client relationships and enjoy working in a client-facing position
• Salary is competitive, negotiable and dependent upon your level of experience. They are looking for long-term hires and pay well for the right candidate.
