Job Details

Your new company
Our client are looking for an experienced Private Client/Probate paralegal to join their well-established department. Our client offers a flexible and agile (home) working environment, so you can adjust your hours to suit your personal circumstances. This role is a home working position involving some travel to one of their offices nationally. (For example their Bristol office is based just outside of Bristol city centre and they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.)

Your new role
In this role, you'll manage your own caseload end-to-end, and focus on the needs of your clients. You'll take responsibility for a varied caseload of estate administration cases from start to finish, using a case management system. You'll communicate with clients over the phone and via email and work collaboratively with support from experienced members of the team to continually develop your expertise. You will be offered a fantastic opportunity to learn, grow and succeed in a fast-growing area of the business.

About you
This role would suit someone with a solid background in Probate; you might be an experienced paralegal, with a strong background in a private client/wills/probate environment, or studying for your CILEx qualifications. You will have the ability to build rapport with your clients, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. Experience of dealing with taxable estates would be a bonus, as would a proven ability to manage your own caseload and deliver to deadlines in a busy environment. You should also have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, along with great team-working skills with the ability to build positive relationships with a range of colleagues.

What you'll get in return
As well as a competitive salary, you will enjoy a great benefits package including up to 10% pension contribution, free gym and spa access and free parking. Our client is committed to building an inclusive workplace and offering you the opportunity to learn, grow and succeed in a business that puts people first.
