Are you looking for an exciting Conveyancing Fee Earner role based in Newcastle?
I am currently working with a successful law firm, based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne who are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their firm. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding department. Their steadfast approach to client care has resulted in outstanding growth for the firm and their success is expected to continue.
This firm has a dedicated residential conveyancing team to help clients who are buying, selling or re-mortgaging their home.
The ideal Conveyancing Fee Earner will have previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload of domestic work from start to finish, ideally at least 3 years of experience is required with a proven track record of running your own pipeline in sales, purchases and re-mortgages. This person must be able to multitask and prioritise their workload and any experience using case management systems would be desirable.
This Conveyancing Fee Earner role offers a competitive salary up to £30k, dependent on previous residential property experience.
