Conveyancing Solicitor - Lydney

Due to increased instructions and growth plans, this fully servicing high street law firm are now keen to appoint a Conveyancing Solicitor to take leadership and develop the Lydney office.

You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of residential files from instruction through to post completion with the support of one other conveyancer. The work is varied and consists of a mix of local and panel matters.

You will be handling a mixture of Sale, Purchase, Re-mortgage, Transfer of Equity, Shared Ownership, New Build, Freehold, Leasehold and Un-registered regional conveyancing files, it is therefore essential you have dealt with in a number of these matters.

To be considered for this position you should have at least 2 years experience handling your own caseload of residential files.

Remuneration

Salary circa £35,000 - depending on experience
