In this Corporate Partner role, you’ll join a Legal 500 and Chambers recognised national law firm at their offices in Manchester city centre. 

Working with the Corporate, Commercial and Banking department, you will deal with mainly high-value mergers and acquisitions from a variety of regional and national businesses.

The ideal candidate 

• A technically strong Corporate Partner with 7+ years’ PQE 
• May be a Senior Associate with the required level of experience who is looking to step up to Partner level 
• Will have experience of high-value mergers and acquisitions 
• Will be prepared to take the lead on transactions, and provide support to others as necessary. 
• Will be well-organised with very good attention to detail
